Here's what ya'll missed on July 4th:
We headed on down the bike path on the south side of Tempe Town Lake to watch the fireworks being set off Mill bridge. We were there pretty early but had fun catching up on what what everyone's been up to over the summer. Josh saved a waterbottle floating in the lake. We were the losers without glow sticks, but Mike came prepared with blue key lights taped on his bike spokes! Kristin is back in town and we met her fiance, Jared, who joined us. Mosquitos had fun on those with tank tops on, myself included.
The fireworks started 20 minutes late, but it was still worth it with a few really cool booms. But the best was saved for last... as the finale ended it started to down pour!!! Ah- fun times. Something always happens with the AOC, but that's what makes it exciting!
