I climbed the tallest mountain in Arizona last Saturday. It's right by Flagstaff, at the snowbowl. If you want to do it you better do it quickly before it starts to snow up there. It was already 50 degrees at the top during midday... with 60mph gusts...

It was definitely bitchin'. I'm planning to go up there again to see the foliage as October rolls on. I'm also going to hike up Mount Baldy in the near future in the White Mountains in Eastern Arizona.

Hey, I know a couple of people are wanting to hike to the plane wreakage on the side of the mountain,
We went there last year, and it's a great hike (kinda challenging once you hit the lava rock, but worth it.)
So whom ever inquired to me about hiking there again. talk to these mountain lovers.

Yeah the plane crash was weird as hell... It looks like it was a 40s or 50s plane and it has an Air Force symbol on the the wing. I wanted to investigate more because there are pieces all over but it was getting very dark outside, and I got caught hiking 2 hours in absolute darkness after I reached the summit.
That said, Mount Baldy is my favorite hike. It's so d**n pretty right now, because of the slight breeze, the Aspen trees turning golden brown, the temperature cooling off. It reminded me of my favorite holiday, Thanksgiving
