I know I've talked about racing several times already... because I'm a gearhead and it's what we do, but I've got a new brilliant plan. If anyone's interested and assuming the guy still has them, I found four 49 cc gas powered pocket bikes for really cheap. I can buy them and hopefully get them all running. But I have no interest if no one else wants to join me in racing them in empty parking lots. I figure if I can get a few other people with a significant lack of common sense we can find a parking lot and perhaps liberate some traffic cones from various construction sites and race them. However like I said, if no one wants to race with me then I have no real interest in owning four pocketbikes.

Fortunately I have no shame. Besides...The price for 4 of these little buggers is half the price of a new rear shock on my bike. And before I race mine I need that new rear shock. So if I can pick up any good technique from these on the cheap it's worth it.

And as to the questions on the leader stickynote thingy...
When: ?
Where: An empty parking lot...I usually like MCCs it's big and not so patrolled as ASUs.
Gear: Long pants, long sleeves, any helmets or armor (knee pads, etc) that you've got. I've got three and maybe a fourth full face motorcycle helmets.
Cost: If you want to donate to pocketbikes for fuel/maintenance/more of them/etc. feel free...again assuming anyone's interested.
