On Veteran's Day weekend, the AOC will be leading a climbing expedition to Joshua Tree National Park. There is also the option for backpacking and camping, just make sure to bring enough water, as there is NONE! Climbers of all skill levels are welcome, as well anybody else looking to go somewhere incredible for the weekend.
Joshua Tree is four hours west of here, in the middle of absolutely nowhere, and is an absolutely surreal and beautiful place. Mike Barroso will be leaving on Thursday night, to return Tuesday, with space for 2-3 people, at most. Others will be leaving later. If you are interested in this trip, please post when you would like to leave and return here, so we can get a feel for the carpool needs. There are already a number of us planning on going out for the weekend, at the very least.
