Hey Everyone!
In case you didn't hear, I'm leading a trip to go ice-skating, this Friday, December 9th at Desert Schools Coyote Center in Chandler. The public skating session is from 7:30-9:30pm and we will be meeting at McDonalds at 7 for those that need a ride.
The cost is $8 to skate and $3.25 for skate rental. However, I found on-line some "buy one get one free admission" coupons that I'll bring for everyone.
For those people who can drive and carpool, here are the instructions on how to get there from McDonalds:
Turn left (south) onto Rural.
Turn right (west) on US-60.
Get into the left lane, and exit I-10 east towards Tucson.
Exit Ray Road, turn left (east)
Turn right (south) onto 54th street.
Go down about two stop signs.
Turn left (east) on W. Harrison Street and your there!
I hope we can get a big group together! I'll be lots of fun and a nice break from finals (really is 2 hours of fun going to hurt your studying on a friday night?) ;D
