Hey all you runners out there,
I'll be hitting the SRC track regularly this semester, so here's the schedule if you want to show up and get some miles in. Always meet at the SW corner near the trees/bike racks.
T/Th: Meet at ~3:30pm, stretch and run out and about away from the track for some easy milage (too many laps=leg injuries)
W/F: Meet at 4:30pm, stretch & run sprint workouts on the track. This is a good day to do some easy laps around the track if you're a beginner; the sprinting types can jog with you before/after sprints. I'm usually there for about an hour if you can't make it right at 4:30pm. Also a good time if you need training or workout advice.
There are a lot of races coming up also if you are interested in a little competition/shiny medals/raffle prizes/spiffy T-shirts... let me know if you want info!
