The Durango Mountain Ski/ Snowboard Trip is January 9th - 12th. We will be leaving from McDonalds (Rural & Apache) at 8:00AM and arriving in Durango in the late afternoon. In town you can rent skis ($10/day) and snowboards (about $15/day). We'll be on the mountain January 10th and 11th and returning to Tempe late at night on the 12th.
Trip Cost: $250 [glow=red,2,300]$50 deposit due NOW[/glow]. $200 balance due at McDonalds on Jan 9th. This includes transportation to Durango (including gas), three nights lodging in a cabin with wood fireplace and outside hot tub, most meals at the cabin, two days full lift tickets to DMR. Bring extra money for any drinks and food on the slopes and on the way there and back.
Space is very limited, so if you want to go give Mike your $50 deposit to hold your spot. If you're out of town you can mail a check to Mike.
What to Bring: Skis or Snowboard, lots of warm clothes (gloves, hats, ski pants, etc.), sleeping bag, DVDs, your favorite beverages, swimsuit. If you are driving you should have snow chains and/or 4-wheel drive or you'll probably end up in the frozen lake.
